It was difficult at times to come up with a fair look at the year 2007 without pointing out some key facts and incidence that have been bothering us all year.

Our Outlook 2008 was judged on by the same groups of people, but also takes into account the internet factor. Since we are a 'website' it's only fair to pull all elements together to pick artists that have used the internet as a key marketing tool as well and those who have utilized the streets and mainstream marketing or combinations of all of them to market themselves.
