Rapper Kanye West attends the Lanvin fashion show during Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2009 at the Museum of Man yesterday (June 29th) in Paris, France.

Kanye loves attending fashion shows. I wonder if he even goes as far as greeting the fashion elite with an air kiss (sweetie dahling…).

Oh the shallowness of it all……
