SHH: How did you end up going from Brooklyn to Long Island?

Ka$ual: God willing, my mother hit the lottery and won about 10 stacks. Once we got some money, we got out of BK. Basically; I was poor and caught a break.

SHH: How was it growing up in that area after the move?

Ka$ual: It was hard to adapt to a solely white environment.

SHH: When did you decide to pursue music over sports?

Ka$ual: When I realized that I wasn’t going to be in the league.

SHH: You've been compared to the likes of Mase and Fabolous, but what makes you stand out from them?

Ka$ual: I think I'm more versatile. It's Kas.

SHH: Tell us about your relationship wit Cet-It-Off Records?

Ka$ual: Basically... Cet it Off is my family and the CEO... Cet is my big brother.

SHH: How did Cet-It-Off records change the direction of your career?

Ka$ual: Put it this way... I was sitting on a G500 cuttin the clouds and breakin waves in Yachts without an album out. Its Kas

SHH: How was it working with DJ Khaled on the mixtape?

Ka$ual: It's spelt Khaled and it was cool. We make movies over here.

SHH: When did you feel you wanted to start a career in music?

Ka$ual: When BIG passed and I wanted to pay homage and get rid of the trash that is flooding the airwaves.

SHH: What artists influence your music if any?

Ka$ual: B.I.G.

SHH: How would you describe your style/sound to the people?

Ka$ual: My swagger stands out when compared to these other ducks out here. The game is weak now but some shit is poppin.

SHH: What are you working on right now?

Ka$ual: Movies

SHH: What's your outlook for 2009 (What are your goals for the year)?

Ka$ual: Get this album out "Star Struck" and take the industry by storm. Its Kas.

SHH: What producers are you working with?

Ka$ual: The list is heavy. J-J-J-JR Rotem, Cool & Dre, Cozmo, Reefa, a bunch other heavy hitters and some up and comin producers.

SHH: Who would you like to work with in the future mainstream or underground?

Ka$ual: Anyone that can put together a hot record.

SHH: If not music what would you be doing?

Ka$ual: Still playin ball and takin peoples money in NBA2k9 and Madden.
